Welcome to DigitalHub Enterprise. By logging into this website, deploying our templates, or calling our AI services API, you represent that you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance & Scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to digital products, layout themes, custom scripts, and AI credits vouchers distributed through DigitalHub Enterprise. We reserves the right to modify these guidelines, system endpoints, and pricing metrics at any time without prior notifications.
2. User Account & Security
To purchase e-commerce assets or test advanced playground tools, you must register a secure account profile. You are completely liable for maintaining the confidentiality of your session keys and password details. Account transfers or sharing of individual developer licenses is strictly prohibited.
3. Digital Assets License
Purchase of themes, templates, or scripts grants you a Single-Project Commercial License:
- You may modify source assets to build one (1) unique digital system or website.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, or share any DigitalHub templates in source format.
- AI credit allotments are non-transferable and are tied directly to your active user session.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since all purchases involve digital assets and immediate AI credit balance additions, refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter setup bottlenecks, please submit a corporate support ticket under your dashboard before initiating billing disputes.
5. Limitation of Liability
DigitalHub Enterprise distributes tools and templates "as-is". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime of AI model nodes or template alignment on deprecated browser modules. Under no circumstances will the agency be liable for any revenue losses or operational downtime resulting from product deployments.
